It's time again to plan out your workouts for this week. Pick your days, pick you type of workouts, and get to it! It's always a great idea to get a little something in everyday, whether or not you're planning a great hour long weight training or cardio session. I heard Mathew McConaughey say he tries to sweat at least once every day- I've been trying to keep up with that little tidbit ever since.
